This document describes the management of this site with regards to the collection, use and retention” (from now on “management”) of the personal data of users who simply visit it or who provide their personal data in order to use the services provided.

It deals with an informative note related to the protection of the personal data of those who request services from ISOG, INC. (subsequently “undersigned”), via the Internet addresses: https://isog.org which is the home page of the official web site of the undersigned.

The informative note is inspired by EU-United States Safe Harbor and the Recommendation n. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, reunited in the GROUP founded by the art. 29 of the directive n. 95/46/CE, have adopted on May 17 2001 to identify some minimum requirements for the online collection of personal data and particularly the ways, the times and the nature of the information that the responsible persons for the “management” have to provide to the users when these are connected to web pages, regardless the purpose of the connection.

The informative note is made only for this web site and not also for other web sites eventually consulted by the user through link.

With visiting this site there might be data “managed” that relate to identified or identifiable persons.

care only by technical personnel of the company or by possible people assigned to occasional maintenance operations. No data deriving from the service is communicated or made circulated.
The personal data provided by the users that request informative material, offers or services, are used only to execute the service and they are communicated to third parties in the only case this is necessary as per law requirements or to execute the requested service.

Types of data “managed”

Navigation data
The computer systems and the software procedures, used for the operation of this web site, collect, during their operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of the Internet communication protocols.

undersigned encourages all the parents and tutors to instruct the minors on the use of their own personal data on the Internet, in a secure and responsible way and in any case will not keep or use voluntarily any personnel data collected from minors for any purposes, including the communication to third parties.

Freedom in providing the data
Apart from what specified for the navigation data, the user is free to provide his personal data through the online forms in order to solicit the send of informative material or other communications and/or other requests of any kind.

Without providing the personal data required, it might be impossible to satisfy the request.

Ways of collection and processing
The personal data are collected and processed by automated tools for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they have been collected.
